The Next-Gen Prenatal

Not your average Prenatal vitamin.

More than 1 in 3 people have difficulty using Folic Acid in their body, due to a common genetic variant (known as the MTHFR gene)

So we went straight for the good stuff - Methylated Folate. It's a more bioavailable form that your body can absorb and use.

No compromises. Just clinically-backed ingredients.

Not all vitamins and minerals are the same.
Our prenatal is different.

The form of each ingredient matters due to 'bioavailability'.

Bioavailability = how easily your body is able to use the nutrients you're putting in.

We've sourced highly bioavailable ingredients to ensure that your body can absorb and use the nutrients.

This is what sets our prenatal vitamin apart:

Obsessively researched, highly bioavailable ingredients that your body can best absorb and use.

It means giving you and your baby the best possible start.

Why we don't use
folic acid

Folic Acid

At least 1 in 3 people have a common genetic variance that makes it difficult to use Folic Acid (and therefore, get the benefits from it).

In fact, folic acid has to be converted into a Methylated Folate for your body to be able to use it.

Methylated Folate

(our Prenatal has this one!)
We went straight for the good stuff - the high bioavailability ingredient, Methylated Folate.

Because you deserve the best.

We could talk about it all day.

But don't take our word for it.
Australian women were waiting for this

“Not all Prenatal vitamins have Methylated Folate, Omega-3 and Choline. So to see it all together in Kin's Prenatal is great. It means all the essentials to optimise your conception journey are in one place.”

Ask us anything

Seriously, our experts have all the answers.

What’s so different about the Kin prenatal?

Lots! Most of the key differences can be found just by comparing the label with other available brands’, but the main one is the quality of the ingredients we’ve sourced.

We haven’t included anything superfluous, like Vitamin C (most of us get plenty of it from our diet) and the ones we have chosen to include are high in quality and bioavailability (that means your body can actually absorb them).

Are the capsules easy to swallow?

The Prenatal capsules are about two centimeters in length and one centimeter in width, about the same size as a standard multivitamin tablet.

I’m not pregnant or trying to have a baby. Can I still take The Prenatal?

Yes—if you aren’t taking precautionary methods to prevent a pregnancy, but aren’t actively trying, it’s still recommended you take a prenatal.

Many healthy and happy pregnancies are unintended, and by the time many mums-to-be find out that they are pregnant, most of the available benefits of a prenatal could have been vastly beneficial (especially baby’s neural tube development).

How often should I take The Prenatal?

Two capsules, daily. Easy!

Does The Prenatal have a flavour?

No. Our environmentally-friendly, chemical-free extraction process eliminates virtually all traces of taste and odour.

How many capsules come in the jar?

60.

Should I double my dose if I’m expecting twins?

Some doctors recommend an increased dose of folate if you’re expecting twins, but our formula contains 11 other ingredients too. We don’t advise taking more than two capsules a day, but this is something that should be discussed with your doctor.
