When you’re breastfeeding your baby, staying hydrated is vital. But the reality is, new mums have a lot going on and it can be difficult to drink the recommended amount of 2.6L of water per day. That’s where The Electrolyte Powder comes in, providing you with the hydration you need to continue delivering nutrients to you and your baby.
- Support your body’s mineral and fluid balance
- Restore key electrolytes so you can feel hydrated and at your best
- Has low osmolality meaning less sodium and glucose which is softer on the tummy
The Electrolyte Powder comes in a box of 30 x 6g sachets. The electrolytes included are Sodium, Potassium and Chloride. Also includes Glucose and Citrate.
Add 1 sachet into 200-400mL cold water, mix and consume immediately after salts have dissolved. Can also be mixed into juice or a smoothie.
Store below 25℃ in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Do not use it if the sachet seal has been broken or compromised.
Use only as directed. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines - consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children. If diarrhoea persists for longer than 48 hours in adults or children over 6 years old, seek medical advice.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner.
