Is there caffeine in the Morning Sickness Tea?

Kin’s Morning Sickness Tea has been designed to gently soothe the stomach and ease the symptoms of morning sickness and nausea. It is pregnancy and breastfeeding safe, and contains no caffeine.

It’s also vegan, kosher, halal, and free from all major allergens, including dairy, soy, gluten and artificial colours and flavours.

How many times a day should I drink the Morning Sickness Tea

Drinking herbal tea with ginger may help relieve nausea during pregnancy. It’s generally considered safe to drink up to 2-3 cups of tea per day while pregnant.

Can the Morning Sickness Tea cause miscarriages?

The Morning Sickness Tea has been developed with input from dietitians and women’s health specialists. It is safe to drink during pregnancy and can not cause miscarriage or harm to you or your baby.

Does morning sickness harm my baby?

Mild to moderate nausea and vomiting during pregnancy usually is not harmful to you or your baby. However, it can become a problem if you can’t keep food or liquid down, become dehydrated and lose weight.

Unmanaged severe nausea and vomiting can prevent you from getting the nutrition you need and affect the weight of your baby at birth. If you’re at all concerned, please speak to your doctor.

Does this help with hyperemesis gravidarum (severe morning sickness)?

Severe morning sickness is known as hyperemesis gravidarum and can affect around 1 in 1,000 pregnant women.

Unfortunately, if you are experiencing hyperemesis gravidarum our nausea tea may not be the most effective solution for you. It’s best to speak to a doctor to personalise the best treatment for you.
